Maayong adlaw (Good day), GIVERS!
I enjoin one and all – especially family, friends, colleagues, and Manukanons/Zanortehanons – to GIVE LOVE, SHARE BLESSINGS, and PUT A SMILE on the faces of our YOUNG LEARNERS across grade levels at Tinigiban Elementary School (47 pupils) and Patagan Elementary School (123 pupils) in Barangay Patagan, and Gupot Elementary School (163 pupils) in Barangay Gupot, in the hometown where I grew up in, Manukan. These schools are three of the farthest ones located in barangays considered as GIDA (Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Area) that are difficult to reach, thus limiting them access to basic services.
Our goal is to be able raise funds for 333 enrolled pupils, each with a school bag and a raincoat, alongside school supplies.
As my birthday approaches and as Christmas is just around the corner, I am spearheading this campaign for everyone to ‘amBAG HOPE’, inspire others, and in one way or another, help realize the dreams of the next generation of promising leaders through these children.
