Hello Friends!

For almost Five (5) years now, mlllle and my friends at Filsabah.org have been working with Filipino families in Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia, promoting programs for education and citizenship for undocumented individuals. We are witnesses to the struggles of this Filipino community in this part of Malaysia, especially on the economic aspect of their lives.

Now, with the implementation of Movement Control Order (MCO) in Malaysia since last month due to Covid-19 virus, poor communities like Sandakan are the ones  extremely challenged or impacted. And because these families are STATELESS, they are most likely not going to land on the priority list of the Malaysian government for any available social assistance. Hence, i initiated this campaign, along with my friends, to send the much needed help to these families. We are initially targeting 100 families.

For PHP500, you will  be able to provide a family or 4-5 persons One (1) Food Pack that can last them at least one week. The food pack contains 5kgs Rice, 1 Tray Eggs, 1 Pack Noodles, 1 Pack Coffee, 1Kg Oil and 1 Pack Sugar.

This is definitely not a long-term solution, but this is already a huge help to them.
