BEAGIVER Ventures Inc. is a private company, established and with an office in Makati City, Philippines, and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission. We are a social enterprise what provides individuals and organisations opportunities to make socially responsible way in a meaningful way through the different engagement opportunities that we provide.

As stated before, this website does not provide the possibility to create a user profile. It’s also impossible to comment on articles, buy products via our website or register for a newsletter.
Collecting and processing contact information
We do offer the possibility to fill in a request a quote form in order to contact our sales team. This contact form requires you to fill in a) Service and Products you are interest in, b) the address of the building, c) personal contacts such as First, Middle, Last Names, phone number, d) the capacity in which you engage with us and e) your personal preference for time and date of contact by BEAGIVER Ventures, Inc., so our team can process the request, engage with you and provide you with an answer. Without this information, we can’t approach you. Before you send your contact form, you are asked to give permission for us to save your filled in information. This data is consequently saved to the secure servers of BEAGIVER Ventures, Inc.
Collecting and processing automatically generated statistical data
To make sure the website runs optimally and to keep improving, information about your use of our website is automatically processed. Optimizing our website mostly has to do with technical adjustments that, for example, make sure our pages are shown properly and that they are secure and protected. We will only store your personal data submitted via the request a quote form for as long as necessary for the purposes they were collected and processed in the first place. Your personal information can often be deleted as soon as we’ve dealt with your request for a quote. Only when we are legally obliged to do so or when we need it to defend our interests (for example, in case of a dispute between you and us) will we store your personal data for a longer period of time.
5. Where do we store your personal data?
For the hosting of our websites as well as the storage of any personal data, BEAGIVER Ventures, Inc. makes use of the servers of Amazon Web Service. The servers are based in Singapore.
6. How is your personal information protected?
BEAGIVER Ventures, Inc. does everything in its power to make sure the collected data is stored safely. That is why we have a couple of very handy technical staff members who are always busy to take technical and organizational measures to enable this. 8. Access, improvement and transferability of your data

If you want to apply any changes to the information you have requested, you can let our member of staff who has helped you with the request know about it. You can request from them that BEAGIVER Ventures, Inc. changes, improves, complements, deletes or screens off your data in another way.

If BEAGIVER Ventures, Inc. refuses your request, we will notify you in writing.

We need the personal data you provide us with when you contact us to be able to provide you with a quotation. We cannot respond to anonymous submissions. The usage of depersonalized data we process for functional and analytical purposes cannot be refused, except by completely blocking the use of cookies in your web browser.
